The American Mfg. Eagle Plow blades are made of 12 guage high alloy steel that is 40% stronger by weight than comparable blades. The tube frame is constructed of high-tensile 1 1/2" square steel and has 1/4" steel construction at all critical mounting points. It comes standard with hardened 3/4" thick Duro Cast steel blade skids (thickest in the industry) and 1/4" thick mounting brackets.
All Eagle plow blades have five position angle adjustments allowing an angle of 26 1/2º in each direction. This can be achieved manually or add an Eagle hydraulic/electric plow blade pivot to change you plow blade angle without getting off of the machine. There are four blade pitch stops for maximum blade adjustment that feature a solid 5/8" diameter positioning pin (largest in the industry).
Standard straight plow blades come in 50", 60" and 72" widths. Available in black or yellow powder coat paint, the standard plow blade is the perfect blade to handle snow, dirt, gravel or anything else you need to move in large quantities. Standard plow blades come with replaceable steel wear bar and heavy-duty ¾" thick steel skid pads.
Country style plow blades are also offered by American Mfg. in 50", 60" and 72" (with the conversion package). The tapered design and aggressively curved profile steer snow or dirt up and away from the surface you are clearing. Country style plow blades come in a durable black or yellow powder coat finish and come with replaceable steel wear bar and heavy-duty ¾" thick steel skid pads.
New from American Mfg. are the 54" standard lite plows which are 14lbs lighter than their standard 50" plows. They also come with steel wear bar and ¾" thick skid pads.
Ordering Instructions:
First choose the style and size of blade you need for your ATV. As a good rule of thumb, use a 50" blade for those ATV's that are 300cc and smaller, a 54" blade for ATV's that are 350cc to 450cc, and 60" for those ATV's that are 500cc and larger. The 72" blades should only be used with UTV's (side-by-side). And of course you can use a smaller blade with a larger ATV if your plowing area requires it.
Next, your ATV will need a model specific Eagle ATV plow mounting kit. Choose the kit that matches your specific year, make and model. If you do not find the ATV snow plow mount on our list then please call or email us.
Finally, choose the lifting mechanism you want for you ATV plow. If you already own a Eagle ATV winch or other winch, then you are set and do not need any additional equipment. However, if you do not have an ATV winch you can find an electric plow actuator for lifting your plow or a manual plow lift.
